this is a great way to do some mock pasta with tons of fiber the mock
pasta is made out zucchini which is a great cleanser food, anti
inflammatory etc. the sauce is made out of cashews (for a low fat
version use sunflower seeds)
1 cup soaked cashews
2 tsp agave nectar
2 tsp onion powder

salt to taste
